The Legislative Rule, 89-01, entitled "Payment of Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses of Court-Appointed Attorneys," is required to be refiled and approved. Amendments have been proposed based upon the agency's experience processing vouchers during the period the existing rule has been in effect.
