WV Public Defender Services stopped mailing Payee Statement Letters as of August 2008, because the vouchers are paid one voucher per one WVFIMS Transmittal. Vouchers sent to the WV State Auditor's Office for payment can be viewed in detail by logging into the VISTA system.
