Attorney Resources - This page contains a comprehensive list of resources for attorneys, including information on crafting a defense, sentencing and post-conviction, drug court, and more. Some examples of these resources are listed below:
- Orientation Packet - Includes orientation information on the Voucher System, PDS's Social Service Resource Guide, a Client Intake Form, and a Contact List for newly Appointed Counsel
- Motions Bank - The Motions Bank contains a list of templates for frequently used motions in criminal proceedings, such as a Motion for Reduction of Bail, Motion to Suppress Evidence, and Motion for Separate Trial.
