As of March 10th, Public Defender Services has officially moved from its old address at One Players Club Drive, where the agency was located for nearly two decades, to Building 4 at the West Virginia State Capitol Complex, just steps away from the State Legislature and the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. The new mailing address for Public Defender Services is Fifth Floor, 112 California Avenue, Charleston, WV 25305.
