Defending the Rights of Your Intellectually Disabled Client

​PDS is pleased to announce the following upcoming CLE:  Defending the Rights of Your Intellectually Disabled Client.

This CLE will be offered on two different dates: once on February 9th, 2018 at Fairmont State University in Fairmont and again on May 18th, 2018 at the Voter's Registration Office in Charleston. The CLE will run from 9:00 am and end at 4:00 pm.

The fee for each seminar is $70.00. Seating capacity is limited, so each seat will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Your paid registration reserves your seat. Once capacity has been reached, registration will be locked, and no further registrations will be permitted.

Other details:
  • Fairmont - At the request of the University, it is imperative that you park in the campus parking garage on the Bryant Street side of campus at no cost to you. I have attached a map of the campus for your convenience. You will be responsible for your own lunch. For your convenience, you are welcome to dine in the Dining Hall, located on the same floor as the conference room, or the Nickle Snack Bar located on the next floor down. There are several food options off campus, but in close proximity to the school such as McAteer’s Restaurant by the Squibb Wilson Blvd. entrance. There are also several fast food options within a mile of Fairmont Ave.
  • Charleston - You will be responsible for your own lunch and your own parking. The Charleston Town Center Mall offers both.
  • No refunds will be given in the event of an individual cancellation or no-show. However, refunds will be given if a cancellation occurs by an unforeseen event of the agency.
